What began as a successful career in Dating Coaching naturally evolved into full-service Matchmaking as demand for his personalized approach continued to grow. Robert believes that while love may come naturally for some, for others it takes intention, self-growth, and the right guidance. That philosophy is the foundation of his work with R.M.M Lifestyle Consultants, where Matchmaking goes beyond introductions — it’s a complete dating and lifestyle experience. Unlike traditional Matchmakers who often take a hands-off approach, Robert is deeply involved in every step of the process. He personally curates compatible matches while coaching clients on confidence, communication, dating etiquette, and how to create meaningful first impressions. His goal is not only to help clients meet the right person, but to help them become the best version of themselves along the way. Robert’s personable, energetic, and results-driven approach allows clients to feel comfortable, supported, and understood from day one. He takes pride in building long-lasting relationships founded on trust, loyalty, and genuine care for each client’s success. For Robert, Matchmaking is more than a service — it’s a passion. Tian Carling earned a B.A. in Communications with a minor in English and has spent more than six years helping people build meaningful personal and professional connections. She began her career as a Speed Dating and Speed Networking Host before expanding into personalized coaching as a Wing Woman. Tian later joined R.M.M Lifestyle Consultants as a Dating Consultant, where she discovered her true passion: helping individuals grow into the best version of themselves. Known for her outgoing, charismatic, genuine, and humorous personality, Tian creates a comfortable and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to open up and make lasting changes. She works closely with clients to identify areas for growth and helps them achieve their goals — whether in dating, confidence, personal development, or fitness.
